Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Garima founded SHE Nepal to address menstrual health, reproductive health awareness, and the social silence that still surrounds women’s bodies in many communities.
The initiative began with grassroots campaigns around Panauti, Kavre, and Jhor, then expanded to Upper Dolpa, Accham, Pyuthan, and Taplejung. Its work includes education, reusable sanitary pad training, distribution, and income-generating skill development.
